Job summary

Wales & West Housing Association is seeking a Delivery Officer to help introduce and improve technology products and systems across the organisation. You will coordinate delivery from planning and testing through to implementation, user adoption and ongoing support, working with staff, suppliers and technical teams to ensure changes are practical and well adopted.

The role is based in our South/North/West regional offices with regular travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering, implementing or operating technology products, systems or processes.
• Strong planning, documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and own tasks through to completion.
• Willingness to travel between offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of new products and changes to existing products.
• Support planning, testing, implementation and user adoption.
• Maintain testing, delivery and support documentation.
• Provide second and third-line support for products and services.
• Coach and develop delivery capability within the team.
