Job summary

United Welsh is seeking a proactive Change Delivery Co-ordinator to support multiple workstreams, maintain plans and trackers, and help teams progress toward agreed objectives.

You will coordinate project boards and workshops, produce meeting notes and decisions, and maintain governance records to support assurance activity.

The role focuses on stakeholder engagement, adoption activities, and continuous improvement of templates, tools and ways of working.

Qualifications

• Coordinate several workstreams and keep deadlines in view.
• Maintain plans, trackers and supporting documentation across projects.
• Prepare papers, notes and actions from meetings with clear decisions.
• Gather information to produce reports and dashboards for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate change initiatives across the organisation and support objectives.
• Maintain plans, schedules, trackers and supporting documentation across projects/workstreams.
• Monitor milestones and escalate risks or blockers as needed.
• Support governance processes, boards and workshops with agendas and papers.
• Produce status updates and dashboards for project, programme and SLT.
