Job summary

Pareto is looking for graduates for a Commercial Associate Graduate Scheme in the UK. The role offers a basic salary of £25k with OTE up to £30k in year one, plus structured training and rapid development opportunities in a dynamic, fast-paced business.

Responsibilities include engaging with prospects, managing a territory, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with Sales, Delivery, Legal and Product teams. Candidates must be degree-educated and highly motivated.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level.
• Exceptional communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
• Comfortable in a target-driven environment with strong commercial acumen.
• Works well independently and in a team and remains composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Acquire knowledge of the business offer to engage prospects confidently.
• Reach out to inbound prospects and build relationships with potential clients.
• Manage your own territory with autonomy and visit client sites regularly.
• Negotiate, close and sign contracts with key decision makers.
• Act as interface between Customer, Sales, Delivery, Legal and Product teams.
• Liaise with existing customers on contractual changes.
