Job summary

Pareto is hiring for a Commercial Associate Graduate Scheme in the UK. You will learn the business, engage with prospects and build client relationships while operating across Sales, Delivery and Legal teams.

The role offers a £30k base salary with OTE up to £30k in year one, plus two weeks of soft skills training, a dynamic social environment and strong personal and professional development opportunities in a fast-growing firm.

Qualifications

Exceptional communication, listening and interpersonal skills are required.

Comfortable in a target-driven environment with commercial awareness.

Proven ability to learn new things and adapt.

Responsibilities

Obtain thorough knowledge of the business offering to engage with prospects confidently.
Engage with inbound prospects and build relationships with potential clients.
Manage your own territory with autonomy and visit client sites regularly.
Negotiate, close and sign contracts with key decision makers.
Act as the interface between Customer, Sales, Delivery, Legal and Product teams.
