Job summary

Pareto is seeking a Commercial Associate through a Graduate Scheme to kick-start your career in tech-driven sales. You will engage with inbound prospects, build client relationships, and manage a defined territory with autonomy, while negotiating contracts and coordinating with Sales, Delivery, Legal and Product teams.

The programme includes two weeks of soft skills training, regular socials, and strong development pathways within a rapidly growing business, with opportunities to progress into

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level.
• Exceptional communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
• Comfortable in a target-driven environment with strong commercial acumen.
• Works well independently and in a team, composed under pressure with logical thinking.
• Proven ability to learn new things and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound prospects and build relationships with potential clients.
• Obtain thorough knowledge of the business offering to engage confidently.
• Manage your own territory with autonomy and visit client sites regularly.
• Negotiate, close and sign contracts with key decision makers.
• Act as interface between Customer, Sales, Delivery, Legal and Product teams.
• Liaise with existing customers on contractual changes.
