Job summary

Brillio Europe (Formerly CloudStratex) is seeking an experienced Intermediate Change Manager to join our Technology Change Management team in Glasgow, working onsite three days a week. You will support enterprise-wide technology transformation and BAU change activities, ensuring governance, compliance, and operational stability.

You will coordinate change reviews, CABs, and approvals, produce governance reports, and drive continuous improvements in change management across large-scale

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technology change management or ITSM.
• Strong governance, controls and compliance knowledge.
• Experience supporting CABs and governance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and support technology change review processes across BAU and transformation initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to change management policies, governance frameworks, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate change approvals with stakeholders.
• Support risk and impact assessments for planned changes.
• Monitor and audit change activities; maintain documentation and readiness.
• Produce governance reports, dashboards, and MI for stakeholders.
• Assist with change scheduling and conflict resolution across workstreams.
• Identify opportunities to improve change management processes.
• Support stakeholder communications and updates on change activities and outcomes.
