Job summary

Barclays is seeking a Technology Change Project Manager to drive large-scale transformation across technology and financial crime programmes. You will lead complex change delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure strategic outcomes are achieved while enhancing operational effectiveness and supporting business objectives.

This role is based in Knutsford or Glasgow and sits within Integrated Financial Crime (IFC), focusing on delivering regulatory and financial crime change

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large transformation programmes on time with measurable outcomes.
• Understanding of financial crime landscape to enable regulatory change delivery.
• Experience delivering change using Agile and adaptive delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Scope management for defined project objectives, deadlines and deliverables.
• Tactical focus on day-to-day resources, schedules and deliverables.
• Manage risks and issues within project scope and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Business, Technology, Operations and Risk.
• Lead change management activities and ensure governance of the project.
