Job summary

The role is hybrid (3 days in Glasgow), with permanent or freelance options. Start around early September; contract rate up to £350pd Inside IR35 or permanent salary up to £110,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technology Change Management or ITSM.
• Strong knowledge of change governance, controls and compliance.
• Experience supporting CABs and governance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate technology change review processes across BAU and transformation initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to change governance frameworks and compliance.
• Coordinate approvals across technical, operational and business stakeholders.
• Support risk and impact assessments for planned changes.
• Produce governance reports, dashboards and MI.
• Manage change scheduling and resolve conflicts across streams.
• Identify improvements to change management processes and controls.
