Job summary

Computacenter is seeking a Change Manager to join the Adoption & Change Management (ACM) practice. You will help customers adopt new technologies, services and ways of working, working with project teams, stakeholders and end users to ensure change is planned, communicated and embedded for lasting outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering business change or adoption activities within technology, digital or organisational change programmes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Experience creating and executing change plans, impact assessments and engagement activities.
• Understanding of project delivery methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid approaches.

Responsibilities

• Deliver change management activities across technology and transformation projects.
• Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.
• Develop and implement engagement, communication, training and readiness plans.
• Work with project managers and delivery teams to integrate change activities into project plans.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to build understanding and support adoption.
• Identify and manage people-related risks, including resistance, skills gaps and change fatigue.
• Monitor adoption and readiness, providing recommendations to improve outcomes.
• Produce regular progress updates and support governance, assurance and project reporting.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Computacenter's Adoption & Change Management practice.
