Job summary

DEPT® is seeking an Adobe Change and Adoption Manager in London to support enterprise customer engagements by designing and executing organizational change management strategies for Adobe Experience Cloud and Digital Media solutions.

You will partner with Adobe consultants and customer stakeholders to drive end-user adoption, align change activities with project timelines, and report adoption metrics to engagement leads. The role is hybrid and on a 6-month FTC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in organizational change management or related consulting.
• Experience supporting enterprise software implementations (marketing tech, CRM, CMS or similar). Adobe Experience Cloud experience a plus.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with C-level audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, client-facing consulting environment while collaborating with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies and adoption roadmaps tailored to customer objectives and Adobe implementations.
• Conduct readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, and change impact assessments.
• Design and deliver training programs, communications, and enablement materials to drive end-user adoption.
• Partner with Adobe project managers to align change activities with timelines and milestones.
• Facilitate workshops, leadership alignment sessions, and change champion networks with customer stakeholders.
• Define and track adoption metrics and KPIs; report progress and risks to Adobe leads and sponsors.
• Identify organizational risks and mitigation strategies.
• Support post-go-live sustainment to ensure long-term adoption and value realization.
• Contribute reusable frameworks, templates, and best practices to Adobe's change management practice.
