Hawkwood partners with a leading hedge fund to hire a Campus (Tech) Recruiter, focusing on emerging technical talent across Europe. You’ll bridge academia and industry, building relationships with Oxbridge, ETH Zurich, École Polytechnique, ENS, HEC and CentraleSupélec.

You will design and deliver high-impact programmes, map talent early, and work with engineers to create engaging candidate experiences while tracking pipeline success across universities and conferences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in campus recruiting or early-careers programme management.
• Experience hiring in technology or finance environments.
• Strong understanding of the European university landscape and talent pipelines.
• Experience designing and delivering structured early-talent programmes, events or campaigns.
• Strong relationship-building skills with students, academics and internal stakeholders.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple programmes and events simultaneously.
• Analytical capability with experience using pipeline data to inform recruiting activity.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver high-impact campus programmes and events (Spring Weeks, STEM programmes, hackathons, roadshows).
• Build long-term relationships with universities, student societies, faculty and academic communities across the UK and Europe.
• Map and engage high-potential technical students early in their journeys, before formal recruitment begins.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to create technical content, workshops and coding challenges.
• Source internal speakers and mentors to represent the firm at campus events.
• Track engagement, pipeline and conversion data to improve campus strategy.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of campus activities with internal teams and partners.
