Responsibilities

• Source and engage top campus talent across EMEA
• Plan and run campus events, interviews, and internship programs
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and evaluation processes
• Maintain high applicant experience and streamline interview processes
• Collaborate with the global recruiting team on strategy and metrics
