Responsibilities

• Build relationships across functions, acting as the interface between Technology and operational teams.
• Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements for solution development.
• Collaborate with software teams to design scalable technology solutions.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and enhance technology.
• Participate in IT design reviews for system compatibility.
• Develop knowledge of business applications and system capabilities.
• Ensure system features align with user needs and business objectives.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Deliver user training and produce supporting documentation.
• Work with Service Desk and development teams on support tickets.
• Facilitate backlog prioritization sessions with stakeholders.
• Maintain professional standards and meet deadlines.
