Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements for solution development.
Collaborate with software teams to design scalable technology solutions.
Identify process improvement opportunities and enhance technology.
Participate in IT design reviews for system compatibility.
Develop knowledge of business applications and system capabilities.
Ensure system features align with user needs and business objectives.
Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Deliver user training and produce supporting documentation.
Work with Service Desk and development teams on support tickets.
Facilitate backlog prioritization sessions with stakeholders.
Maintain professional standards and meet deadlines.
