Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Our client is seeking a Technology Business Partner (Associate) to support the alignment of business needs with technology solutions across the organisation. Reporting into the Business Partner Team Lead, this role works closely with London-based teams to help coordinate and support the delivery of technology initiatives.

This role is suited to someone with early experience in project coordination, business analysis, PMO, or technology support who is looking to build foundational experience within a business partnering function.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Business Partner Team Lead in coordinating technology-related initiatives
• Act as a day-to-day contact for assigned workstreams, ensuring actions are tracked and followed up
• Assist in gathering business requirements and documenting processes under guidance
• Maintain project documentation including RAID logs, action trackers, and status updates
• Support communication between business stakeholders and technology teams
• Contribute to workshops and working sessions, taking notes and capturing outputs
• Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities through structured analysis
• Support user adoption activities including documentation, training materials, and feedback collection
• Track progress against milestones and escalate risks or issues where appropriate

Required Experience

• 1–3 years’ experience in a project support, PMO, business analysis, IT support, or similar role
• Experience supporting technology or change initiatives in a coordination capacity
• Exposure to requirements gathering, documentation, or process mapping
• Experience working with internal stakeholders
• Familiarity with core business systems and Microsoft tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Formal project management qualifications are not required but beneficial
