Job summary

Amazon AWS is seeking a Principal TechBDM for App Modernization Professional Services in the EMEA region. You will guide customers through business cases and planning for complex modernization of legacy Windows workloads, partnering with solution architects to advance technical assessments and scale programs.

You will own the GTM strategy for ProServe AppMod offerings in EMEA, collaborate with Sales, Partners and Marketing, and lead cross-functional initiatives to expand markets.

Qualifications

• Experience negotiating and executing business agreements.
• Experience shaping strategies influencing leadership decisions.
• Experience with Core Cloud Technology Services (Compute, Edge, Hybrid, Security, Networking).
• Experience in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting.
• Experience with Enterprise Application Modernization and Migration (Mainframe, Serverless, Containers, Cloud Operations).

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM strategy and execution for ProServe AppMod offerings in EMEA.
• Leverage modernization expertise to identify critical customer problems and enable account teams.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to expand markets and develop scalable programs.
• Develop and execute goals to drive long-term growth in EMEA, with revenue and KPI targets.
• Create mechanisms, artifacts, and GTM plans.
• Conduct customer briefings and present at events.
• Collaborate with ProServe and sales managers on GTM plans and support.
