Advanced Secure Technologies in Cardiff is inviting applicants to join its Technical Academy and build practical skills toward specialist technical roles. You start in Technical Support, learning our products, customers and cross-team workflows to resolve issues and manage workloads against SLAs.

From 3–6 months, rotations across Software Development, Data Engineering, IT Project Management, Product Design, Business Analysis and more are introduced, with longer secondments and 6–12 months to

• Good problem solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Join Technical Support Team to learn our technology, products and processes.
• Help resolve customer technical queries and issues.
• Learn to manage and prioritise work against SLAs.
• Develop skills through rotations into Software Development, Data Engineering, IT Project Management, and more.
• Progress to permanent roles aligned with strengths and opportunities.
