Job summary

Babcock is offering a two-year Data Analytics Graduate Programme in Bristol. You will rotate across teams, build reports in Power BI, perform statistical analysis, and contribute to data projects across defence and national infrastructure.

You'll gain hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry, enterprise systems, and professional development, mentored by experienced colleagues, with a pathway to a permanent role and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Achieved or on track to achieve an (Hons) degree in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Operational Research and/or Computer Science, or Data Science.
• Python experience is advantageous for some placements within the programme.
• Eligible for BPSS and Security Check clearance per UK government guidance.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across multiple teams over two years to gain practical experience.
• Develop reports and dashboards in Power BI to visualise data and insights.
• Conduct statistical analyses to inform decision-making and optimize operations across defence sectors.
• Develop customer-facing applications and data solutions where applicable, including Palantir Foundry.
• Communicate insights effectively and contribute to strategy and innovation.
