Job summary

Belong is seeking a Team Senior Carer (Nights) at Belong Birkdale to support older residents with person-centred care. You will work in a warm household setting, delivering personal care and dementia-specific support alongside a small team to help residents live independently.

The role requires experience in dementia care and the ability to cover a small team across a wider area, with a focus on compassionate, high-quality care during night shifts.

Qualifications

• Experienced in caring for older adults, with dementia care experience.
• Able to work in a very small team across a wider area.

Responsibilities

• Personal care assistance to residents.
• Medication management and administration responsibilities.
• Cleaning duties within the home.
• Provide dementia-specific care and support.
• Deputise for the Lead Senior Support worker when required.
• Update and maintain care plans with day-to-day details.

Pay: £14.45 per hour Working hours- 10pm-8am Belong are an innovative not for profit provider of person centred care for older people; specialising in dementia care. You'll be working in one of our households with a warm, friendly team as a Team Senior Carer (Nights). Working in Belong Birkdale you can make a real impact to the lives of older people; giving them the support to continue to live independently by providing excellent personal centred care. You will be experienced in caring for the older generation, especially in a dementia setting. This role is ideal for someone with the experience of working in a very small team across a wider area.
