A multinational banking company is seeking a Team Personal Assistant to support their investment banking division in London. The successful candidate will manage diaries, organize meetings, and provide general administrative support to senior management. Candidates should have experience as a Personal Assistant in an investment banking environment and excellent interpersonal skills. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with a hybrid working model.

Santander Corporate & Investment Banking (SCIB) is Santander's global division that supports some of the world's most complex and sophisticated corporate and institutional clients, offering customised services and value-added wholesale products to best meet their needs.
In this interim role, we are looking for a Team PA/Assistant to provide general office administrative and PA support to our front office stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of their division. You’ll provide professional, well organised administrative support and will act as the first point of contact for senior managers, creating a positive impression for both internal and external contacts. You will be highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads and be confident liaising with colleagues at all levels.

This 6-month fixed-term contract is based at our offices in Triton Square, London located within easy walking distance from Warren Street and Euston.
