Sizewell C Company is recruiting a Site-based Team Organiser to support the Civil Works Alliance (CWA) at Sizewell. You will manage diary coordination, travel bookings, onboarding, and IT requests, while maintaining records and delivering a reliable admin service to the SZC team.

Team Organiser - TCA - Sizewell - Suffolk Site based Opportunity with the Civil Works Alliance (CWA), Supporting Sizewell C
As part of the CWA (Civil Works Alliance), you will support the building of Sizewell C. Sizewell C will be a 3.2-gigawatt power station generating low‑carbon electricity for around 6 million homes and will play a key role in our energy future, supplying reliable, clean electricity for at least 60 years. This role will be within the Enabling and Earthwork Section.
The Team Organiser role will support the SZC team by taking responsibility for maintaining administration tasks including but not limited to booking travel and accommodation, welcoming new starters, coordinating diaries, arranging events and initiating IT requests as required whilst monitoring progress, maintaining accurate records.
Undertake general office administration duties including control of all mail, co‑ordinating diaries, processing and maintaining personnel records including vulnerable assets such as mobile telephones; make necessary returns. Arrange travel, hotels and vehicles, and order and control Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the team.
