Job summary

moto is hiring a Team Member at Ferrybridge Services, Knottingley. Earn £12.90 per hour, on a 7 hour contract, with a future option to lead a shift at £13.40 per hour. Join our busy site delivering Pret A Manger's food, excellent coffee and first‑class customer service at a busy UK rest stop.

You’ll greet customers, take orders, make drinks, replenish displays and keep the store welcoming. This role values teamwork, flexibility and a positive attitude, with weekly pay, discretionary bonuses, and

What you'll be doing as a Team Member:

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome


• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner


• Producing a range of hot beverages throughout the day


• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect


• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset


• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability


• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming


• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork

• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
