Job summary

Moto is hiring a Team Member in Bridgwater. You’ll join a fast-paced environment to serve customers, prepare orders and keep our premises clean and welcoming. Training is provided and shifts start from mornings through to late evenings.

Earn competitive hourly pay (£12.90–£13.40) with opportunities for development and staff discounts. This role emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and a positive guest experience at every interaction.

What you’ll be doing as a Team Member:

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Assembling a range of Burger King products to order with speed and accuracy to perfection
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork

• Helping prepare the store and kitchen, ready for the following days trade
