Moto is hiring a Team Member at Sawtry Services, delivering Pret A Manger’s freshly made food and coffee with excellent customer service. The role involves shifts from early morning to evening, with a mix of weekdays and weekends, and opportunities to step up to lead shifts with training provided.

The position offers competitive hourly pay (£12.90–£13.40 per hour) and benefits such as discretionary bonuses, colleague discounts, sick pay and life assurance.

Responsabilités

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of hot beverages throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
