Job summary

Moto at Birch Services near Heywood is hiring a Team Member to deliver Pret A Manger’s freshly made food, great organic coffee and exceptional customer service. You’ll work a mixture of hours, including early mornings and weekends, with weekly pay and opportunities for development.

The role includes training and progression, a discretionary Christmas bonus and staff discounts across partner brands, plus a supportive team culture and great customer experiences.

Shifts: Vary between 4am to 7pm, mixture of weekdays and weekends required

What you’ll be doing as a Team Member:

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome

• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner

• Producing a range of hot beverages throughout the day

• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect

• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset

• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability

• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming

• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork

• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for

• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
