Job summary

Gloucester Services is seeking night-time staff to engage with customers and showcase our local producers, delivering a memorable experience for travelers stopping at us overnight.

You will support the Quick Kitchen with till operations, stock replenishment, and cooking of homemade items, ensuring an enjoyable night-time visit for customers. We offer full training to learn about our products and how we operate within the Westmorland Family.

• Work in the Quick Kitchen handling till duties and cash handling.
• Stock replenishment and ensuring a great customer experience during night shifts.
• Cook homemade items and help customers learn about our products.

Job description

Working during the night time you will engage with our customers and showcase our unique offer from the exceptional local producers we work with. Using your warm and friendly personality you will use your passion for delivering exceptional customer service to ensure our customers are given a memorable experience every time they stop with us.

As part of the Catering you will support with all duties in the Quick Kitchen, be that working on the till, stock replenishment, cooking off our homemade and providing a great experience for our customers travelling through the night.

You should have a positive 'can do mindset, a passion for delivering great customer service and a willingness to learn about our products. If you have previous experience in a catering environment that's great but don't worry if you don't. We offer full training to get you up to speed and give you knowledge of all our products and how we work at the Westmorland Family.
