Job summary

Westmorland Limited is seeking a Team Member for the Deli and Evening events at Rheged Cafe. You will greet customers, serve deli items, drinks and Gelato, and support colleagues to ensure a smooth service in the evenings.

The role offers training to learn our products and processes, with shifts Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings starting around 5/5:30pm and finishing between 7:30–10pm depending on events.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; full training provided.
• Friendly, customer-focused mindset.
• Willingness to learn about Westmorland products and operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve deli items, drinks and Gelato to customers.
• Cover deli and café areas during evening events (Thu–Sat), 5–10pm.
• Maintain cleanliness and reset for the next day.

Greeting customers with a smile, sharing your passion for our locally sourced products, jumping in to help your colleagues wherever needed. This role will be primarily covering the deli, serving drinks, food and Gelato whilst ensuring a full clean down for the next day. Shifts across Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings Start time from 5/5.30 pm with finishes ranging from 7.30 - 10pm depending on the event.* ## About You* You should have a positive 'can do mindset, a passion for delivering great customer service and a willingness to learn about our products. If you have previous experience in a catering environment that's great but don't worry if you don't.
