Incipio Group Limited seeks enthusiastic Team Members to drive vibrant atmospheres and exceptional guest experiences across its venues. You will work with front-of-house and kitchen teams to deliver top-tier service while maintaining brand standards and a lively environment.

You will contribute to sales targets, participate in flavourful product knowledge, and help create an inclusive, upbeat ambience with attention to safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Create a vibrant and welcoming venue atmosphere during shifts.
• Engage with guests to deliver exceptional experiences on every visit.
• Assist with music, lighting and ambience to meet brand standards.
• Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure service flow.
• Support achievement of weekly sales targets set by management.
• Uphold safety, compliance, and quality standards at all times.

WHAT YOU'LL BE GETTING UP TO

• · Have a passion for all things hospitality, driving positive feedback and achieving a target set by your management team each week.. .
• · You work at pace with energy, always looking for the next task that can be completed.. .
• · You proactively work to enhance the atmosphere of your venue, including music, lighting and temperature and communicate this with your management team.. .
• · You work closely with your front of house and kitchen teams to deliver an exceptional experience for our guests on every shift.. .
• · You actively achieve sales targets set by your management team and support other team members to do the same.. .
• · Everything you deliver is to the highest service standards, proactively driving sales and following the lead of your management team.. .
• · You ensure our guests are shown the best possible experience and are looked after safely when in our venues and when leaving.. .
• · You actively complete your compliancy e-learning within 2 weeks of starting to ensure you are safe in the workplace.. .
• · You deliver our products to spec, complete spec tests and take and learn new drinks and food menu dishes when required.. .
