Incipio Group Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead busy hospitality teams with passion and focus on exceptional service and hospitality standards. The role emphasizes proactive leadership, staff development, and driving revenue through innovative ideas while maintaining a positive, energetic work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality/restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between the team and senior management, using clear, effective and simple communication.
• Using imaginative revenue driving ideas to drive the business forward.
• Lead joyous and independent shifts and ensure high service standards are kept to, including actively coaching your team in their development.
• Ensure the venue runs efficiently by leading from the front, being approachable and driving outstanding hospitality at every opportunity.
• Creative cocktail ideas and champion menu development from your team.
• Ensure our guests are shown the best possible experience and are looked after safely when in our venues and leaving.
• Motivate your team by providing excellent support and training ensuring your team are happy, engaged and full of joy.
• Drive both sales and the business performance by using financial data and planning effectively.
• Be obsessed with learning, pushing for your own development and career progression.
• Having fun, laughing a lot and bringing the good vibes.
