Job summary

Moto Hospitality in Rugby is seeking a Team Member to join our BP Greggs crew. You will greet customers, process orders, produce hot foods and beverages, and uphold brand standards to deliver exceptional service.

The role offers development opportunities, weekly pay, and benefits with a discretionary bonus and staff discounts. Join our team to help shape the rest stop experience across our network.

Responsibilities

• Resolve questions and issues with a customer-centric approach.
• Replenish displays to maximize product availability.
• Keep the workspace, store and forecourt clean and welcoming.
• Work with colleagues to foster teamwork and a positive culture.
• Leave customers with a memorable experience worth returning for.
• Help prepare the store for the following day.
