Job summary

Moto Hospitality is hiring a Greggs Team Member at Baldock Services, A1(M) Junction 10, Baldock, Hertfordshire, SG7 5TR. Shifts vary from early mornings to evenings, including weekends, with a focus on friendly customer service and delivering delicious baked goods.

You’ll support daily store operations, maintain brand standards, and help create a welcoming atmosphere for travellers. Flexible hours and a supportive team are on offer.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of hot food, baked goods and beverages throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store and kitchen, ready for the following days trade

Shifts: Vary between 4am to 7pm, mixture of weekdays and weekends required
