Job summary

Moto Hospitality Cherwell Services, M40 Junction 10, Bicester, Oxfordshire, is hiring a Team Member to serve Greggs favourites and provide friendly customer service at this busy rest stop. The role pays £12.83 per hour with shifts that vary from early morning to evening.

You will greet customers, process orders, produce hot food and beverages, and ensure displays remain stocked and clean while upholding brand standards and delivering great service.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced retail or food service.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome.
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Producing a range of hot food, baked goods and beverages throughout the day.
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect.
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset.
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability.
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming.
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork.
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for.
• Helping prepare the store and kitchen, ready for the following days trade.
