Job summary

Moto Hospitality is hiring a Team Member at Toddington Services, M1 J11/12, Dunstable. You’ll work 11pm–7am, a mix of nights including weekends, serving BP’s fuels and Greggs products while delivering friendly, efficient customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and deliver excellent service
• Process orders and requests promptly and accurately

• Resolve customer queries with a positive, customer-centric approach
• Replenish displays to maximise product availability

What You’ll Be Doing As a Team Member

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of hot food, baked goods and beverages throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace, store and forecourt is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
