Job summary

Moto Hospitality is seeking a Team Member at Southwaite Services, M6, Carlisle CA4 0NT. The role pays £12.90 per hour on a 7 hour contract and involves greeting customers, serving Greggs items, and delivering high standards of service at BP’s rest stop.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of hot food, baked goods and beverages throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace, store and forecourt is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
