Job summary

Moto is seeking Team Members for our Rugby Services site. The role runs 5am to 9am, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend cover. You will greet customers, process orders, and help bake and serve hot food and beverages while maintaining our brand standards.

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of hot food, baked goods and beverages throughout the day

• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace, store and forecourt is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
