Job summary

Benugo, in partnership with WSH Group and John Lewis, is seeking a Team Member to support Front of House operations across high street stores and in-store cafés. The role involves serving customers, assisting with kitchen and floor duties, and ensuring smooth service in collaboration with colleagues.

Ideal candidates are organised, able to work under pressure, reliable team players who are self-motivated and proactive.

Responsibilities

Maintain customer experience to the highest standard at all times.
Assist with kitchen, front of house and back of house duties.
Organise deliveries and stock fridges using FIFO.
Clear tables and keep a clean working environment.
Ensure labels and prices are correct and updated.
Follow food safety, allergen and hygiene procedures at all times.
Work on tills, take orders and serve food and drinks.
Represent WSH and John Lewis professionally in behaviour and appearance.
Attend training and development courses as requested.

Job Description

Hours: Minimum 10 hours

Ensuring the customer experience is maintained to the highest standard at all times.
Assisting with any kitchen, front of house and back of house cleaning duties.
To organise deliveries, and ensuring the fridges are stocked, using a first in, first out process.
Assisting with clearing tables and maintaining a clean working environment.
To ensure all labels and prices are correct.
Maintain awareness of promotions, pricing and product information.
To be flexible to work on tills, following the cash handling procedures, taking orders and working on the floor, serving food and drinks.
Follow food safety, allergen and hygiene procedures at all times.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet service targets and maintain smooth operations.
To attend all training and development course as requested.
To always represent WSH and John Lewis in a professional manner in your behaviour appearance and knowledge.
To carry out any other reasonable duties as required by management.
