itsu is seeking Team Members to work in our stores, preparing ingredients, rolling maki, and delivering high-quality dishes with a smile. Training is provided in-store and via our Academy; there’s no prior experience required and career progression opportunities exist within the company.

You'll be joining a vibrant team in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for development and a range of employee benefits including paid breaks and staff discounts.

In order to work in the airport, you will be required to go through 5-year background checks including; providing referee information for all employment, education, and gaps [unemployment] periods, criminal record checks [UK and Overseas, if living outside of the UK within the past 5 years].

Start as a Team Member and earn up to £15.50 per hour, including an hourly bonus and NO zero hours contracts!

As a Team Member, you’ll be working in one of our beautiful stores, where you’ll be:

• Cutting fresh fish and preparing ingredients
• Rolling maki and creating our famous itsu dishes
• Cooking with care and precision
• Maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety
• Delivering excellent customer service with a smile

No experience? No problem! We’ll teach you everything you need to know. Your training will be a mix of hands‑on learning in‑store, supported by your team and managers, and digital learning through our app and Academy courses. This will give you the confidence and skills to shine.
