Job summary

itsu in the United Kingdom is looking for friendly Team Members to join our itsu stores in Bicester. You will learn our fast, fresh, Asian-inspired food against a backdrop of busy, welcoming shifts.

You’ll cut fish, roll maki, and cook with care, while delivering excellent customer service. Training is provided through hands-on sessions and digital learning, with opportunities to progress into Team Member Pro or Team Leader roles.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided in-store and via the app/Academy.
• Wage paid weekly on Thursdays with optional Wagestream early wage access.
• Includes paid breaks and a healthy lunch daily.

As a Team Member, you’ll be working in one of our beautiful stores, where you’ll be:

• Cutting fresh fish and preparing ingredients
• Rolling maki and creating our famous itsu dishes
• Cooking with care and precision
• Maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety
• Delivering excellent customer service with a smile

No experience?

No problem! We’ll teach you everything you need to know. Your training will be a mix of hands‑on learning in-store, supported by your team and managers, and digital learning through our app and Academy courses. This will give you the confidence and skills to shine.
