itsu is hiring Team Members to work in our stores across the UK. You will cut fresh fish, roll maki, and prepare ingredients while upholding top food quality and safety standards. You’ll deliver friendly, attentive service to customers and be part of a vibrant team in a fast-paced retail environment.

No experience necessary—the training is hands-on and supported by a digital learning app and courses to help you shine and grow within the company.

As a Team Member, you’ll be working in one of our beautiful stores, where you’ll be:

• Cutting fresh fish and preparing ingredients
• Rolling maki and creating our famous itsu dishes
• Cooking with care and precision
• Maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety
• Delivering excellent customer service with a smile

No experience? No problem! We’ll teach you everything you need to know. Your training will be a mix of hands-on learning in-store, supported by your team and managers, and digital learning through our app and Academy courses. This will give you the confidence and skills to shine.

*we pay our bonus after your initial training!
