Job summary

itsu is hiring a Team Member in London for our fast-paced stores. You will cut fresh fish and prepare ingredients, roll maki, and cook with care while delivering excellent customer service.

Start as a Team Member and earn up to £14.05 per hour, including an hourly bonus* and NO zero hours contracts.

• Cutting fresh fish and preparing ingredients
• Rolling maki and creating our famous itsu dishes

No problem! We’ll teach you everything you need to know. Your training will be a mix of hands‑on learning in-store, supported by your team and managers, and digital learning through our app and Academy courses. This will give you the confidence and skills to shine.
