Job summary

itsu is seeking a friendly Team Member to join our stores in Milton Keynes. You’ll cut fresh fish, roll maki, and create our renowned dishes while delivering excellent customer service.

Training is provided in-store and via digital channels, with a supportive team and managers guiding you from day one. We offer weekly pay, early wage access options, paid breaks and a healthy lunch, plus generous holiday entitlement.

As a Team Member, youâll be working in one of our beautiful stores, where youâll be:

• Cutting fresh fish and preparing ingredients
• Rolling maki and creating our famous itsu dishes
• Cooking with care and precision
• Maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety

No experience?

No problem! Weâll teach you everything you need to know. Your training will be a mix of hands-on learning in-store, supported by your team and managers, and digital learning through our app and Academy courses. This will give you the confidence and skills to shine.
