The What...

As a Team Member, you will be at the heart of the customer’s journey!

No two shifts are the same. You might be welcoming customers at reception, hosting parties, or serving food and drinks at our bar and diner. Your professional, engaging customer service, high energy, and enthusiasm will ensure an enjoyable experience for our customers.

Team Members are trained across all key areas of the centre to support and add value at every stage of the customer journey. You may also be required to work in the kitchen.

Opening Hours and Shift Patterns:

Our centres are typically open seven days a week, from 9am to midnight.

Our busiest times are evenings, weekends, and school holidays, when availability from Team Member applicants is especially needed.

Typical shift patterns include:

• Weekday AM: 09.00 - 17.00
• Weekday PM: 17.00 - 00.00
• Weekend AM: 09.00 - 18.00
• Weekend PM: 16.00 - 01.00

*Opening times and shift patterns vary by centre. Your specific hours will be confirmed at interview. Under 18s may work until midnight, but no later.

We provide thorough induction and ongoing training to support your success, along with career development opportunities, including apprenticeships and management training.
