Job summary

Mecca in the United Kingdom is seeking enthusiastic customer service team members to join our venues. You will greet guests, deliver friendly service, keep queues moving, and help guests enjoy bingo, slots, food and drinks in a lively, welcoming environment.

We offer real contracts with hourly pay (£12.71) and benefits including 50% off food and soft drinks for you and up to three guests, pension and life assurance, uniform provided, paid breaks, and opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality/retail/leisure is helpful but not essential; full training provided.
• Customer-first attitude with friendly, upbeat approach.
• Ability to work in a busy environment with pace.

Responsibilities

• Greet, serve, and support customers so every visit feels special.
• Keep queues moving, tables clear, and the venue tidy; reset quickly between sessions.
• Help customers understand how our games work and keep energy high around the venue.
• Follow health & safety, food hygiene, licensing and safer gambling procedures; report incidents promptly.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues and jump in where needed - Front of house, floor, Food & Beverage, cleaning.
