Mecca in Leeds is recruiting Team Members to be the friendly face on the floor, greeting guests, serving food and drink, and keeping the buzz alive from first hello to final game.

We offer real contracts (8–20 hours), a competitive rate of £12.71 per hour plus perks such as 50% off food & soft drinks for you and three companions, pension, life assurance, uniform provided and a rewards platform.

As a Team Member, you’ll be the friendly face on the floor - making customers feel welcome, serving great food & drink, and keeping the buzz alive from first hello to final game. You’ll follow clear standards, support across different areas, and escalate issues when needed.

Your Impact :

You’ll Bring :

• Customer ‑ first attitude with great people skills; friendly, upbeat, and helpful.
• Pace & focus in a busy environment; organised with good attention to detail.
• Team player energy - clear communication and willingness to learn on shift.
• Experience: previous customer ‑ service experience in hospitality/retail/leisure is helpful but not essential; full training provided.
