Job summary

Tesco UK in Scotland is looking for a Store Team Manager to lead day-to-day store operations and coach a high-performing team to deliver an outstanding customer experience in-store.

You will plan shift patterns, recruit and develop colleagues, drive sales, uphold safety and compliance, and contribute to the Store Change Plan while supporting the community and maintaining profitability.
