Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high‑performing team in our UK stores. You’ll drive customer experience, supervise recruitment and training, and coach colleagues to deliver excellent value and service.

You will implement the Store Change Plan, manage trade activity to grow sales and ensure safety and compliance across shifting patterns.
