Job summary

Tesco UK in Glasgow is looking for a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver a great in-store experience for customers. You will recruit, train and develop colleagues, coach the team on product knowledge, and ensure strong teamwork to meet sales targets.

You will drive store change, safety, and compliance, using insights to grow sales while keeping customers at the center of everything we do.
