Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a CAMHS SPA Team Manager to provide professional and managerial leadership for the CAMHS SPA & Wellbeing Hub in Portsmouth and Southampton. The role focuses on triage, assessment and delivering high-quality interventions in partnership with third sector, schools and children’s services.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a CAMHS Single Point of Access Team Manager to work within a friendly and forward thinking CAMHS Team. The post holder is responsible for the professional and managerial leadership of the CAMHS SPA & Wellbeing Hub in Portsmouth and Southampton. The post holder will work with clinical leads to develop and maintain relationships with third sector partners, schools and Children's services in the delivery of high-quality triage, assessment and work as a collaborative partner to ensure children and young people are receiving the right level of intervention at the right time.

We are looking for a confident CAMHS professional with a demonstrable track record of providing leadership, service development, delivering good quality evidence-based interventions, and offer supervision. This position calls for a professional with significant experience of working with children, young people and their families.
