Job summary

Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust in the UK seeks a CAMHS Single Point of Access Team Manager to provide professional and managerial leadership for the CAMHS SPA & Wellbeing Hub in Portsmouth and Southampton. You will work with clinical leads to develop strong third-sector partnerships, ensure high-quality triage and timely interventions for children and young people. Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience within CAMHS or children's services.
• Proven experience delivering leadership and service development.
• Experience in developing partnerships with third sector, schools and Children's services.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and managerial leadership of the CAMHS SPA & Wellbeing Hub.
• Develop and maintain relationships with partners to ensure right-level interventions.
• Lead in planning, performance targeting and change management.
• Identify risk and take corrective action in partnership with clinical leads.
• Participate in on-call rota and review clinical policies.
