Tesco PLC in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Store Manager to lead a collaborative in-store team, delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will recruit, train and coach colleagues to maintain strong product knowledge, quality and service standards while driving sales and profitability.

You will develop the team through the Store Change Plan, optimise shift patterns and resources, and actively manage safety, compliance and store operations to support customers and communities.
