Job summary

Tesco PLC is seeking a proactive Team Manager to lead store colleagues and deliver outstanding customer experiences daily. You will plan shifts, coach staff, and ensure smooth operations while upholding high standards of service and safety.

In this role, you will recruit and develop a high-performing team, drive sales, and implement the Store Change Plan to optimise resources for customers across the day-to-day trading. You’ll stay curious and seek improvements.

Key responsibilities
